The small issue I have stays unsolved for more than a month now! Support is unreachable for 3 days. It is not overly important due to amount of assets lost but I just wonder will anything be done?

Hi, i did not activated 2factor authenticator and now i cant login.
Ask for reset and before support ask for selfie with ID card, then for phone number and home address. Is it normal?
My ticket is1174769 and Mariia Pohorielova is the person from wirex team that respond me.
All this and i never activated the 2 factor authentication. Help me!

I’m trying to confirm my credit card connected to wirex, but there is no 4 digit code on my credit card statement.
