Hello. Terrible experience with Wirex. I sent 1.445 LTC week ago to my wirex wallet from other wallet. All of the times it was fast and good, but in this case where I really really needed this money - it gets stuck… I have contacted Wirex multiple times and they keep saying me I need to wait. BUT FOR HOW long? You can’t do this to me, it’s against the law and all normal princips.
I will be asking for a compesation about this, as I have lost money because of this.
P.S. The transaction shows confirmed with 5000+ confirmations.

@wirexapp LTC transaction with 5k confirmations - not added to my acc, shows pending. Now the same issue with ETH transaction, 100+ confs and its not credited. What is your problem??? Support tickets 536500 and 547752
