i’ve been waiting for weeks to processing my Request ID #656888 : PayPal sent 1 REPAYMENT to my Wirex Mastercard as a refund (due to unavailability or return of goods): 13.08.2021 20:00 19,99 EUR The money did not reach my Wirex account again!
This has happened several times now - credit card repayments never reach the user’s account automatically. You always have to turn on support manually - but unfortunately this has now been completely discontinued (chatbot no longer switches to real people)!
In March it was claimed to want to improve the service: community_wirexapp_com/t/recent-service-issues-and-what-we-re-doing-to-fix-them/19010 and now it became completely shut down - very bad business conduct!
You have block my account with my founds on. i have sent you several emails requesting reactivate my account and to know what do you need from my side and I have no reply at all.
This is completaly unacceptable and horrible customer support.
I am looking forward hearing frim you urgently or I will take legal measures to fix it up.

hi my account suddenly it is locked ticket number 702998 i made an order on farfetch couple days ago yesterday i received bonus 2000 wxt and today my account is locked , never happened to my this in years since i am using wirex even the funds from my mining rig are going on wirex . Please Help

@lad31 my name is Frank in Australia and I feel your frustrations about your situation !
But upon my own research in order to slate my depression over what is happening I think that I can understand their justification for their actions !
Now please understand that this is in no way sanctioned by Wirex staff or Super Ambassadors!But I have a suspicion that they are undertaking these drastic measures in order to protect all of our accounts security I that in my own I have been a victim of online scams and hacking along with fraudulent activities done to my own internet services you may or may not have to wait a while like have but I implore you to be patient and keep in the rules and regulations that we all agreed to when signed up!
Trust me getting upset and voicing it constantly is not worth the effort and possibly puts you in contradiction of the regs that we all agreed to !
Every one has a right to voice their opinion but I advise constraint while you are dealing with the moderters and ambassadors many do so on there own time with out being in the employment of Wirex!
