Can you please provide and update on the followings :
My account still is frozen with “ verifying” message , I already provided all documents including photo ID s when I opened up the account . I also provided a copy of the letter from the government agency confirming my address more than 12 hrs ago .
Can you please confirm :
- How long it will take to complete the re-verifying process ? The support agents couldn’t answer this question yesterday. All I was hearing was “ soon “ and then my chat support option turned off .
- When the fund will be available to use ?
