Transfer not received

Ok. I have a request.
Two to three weeks ago I received a transfer of 896 € to my Wirex account. What made the transfer was my LT address you provided to me.
Unfortunately I have not received the funds but the money has still not been returned to the person. How am I going to do this? Please help me recover the € 895.

Sorry this happened to you! Post the support ticket number so the Wirex people who read the forums could elevate the issue.
