URGENT: Cannot order card


I no longer have a button for ordering a new card in my apps card section. What to do?

Hi Carsten,

Unfortunately, card orders are temporarily unavailable. We expect to have it resumed soon, you will be able to order the card directly from the app.

We have no ETA at this moment, however, we are working hard in order to have card orders enabled as soon as possible.

I’ve been asking for months now to get my card re issued… my card was stopped due to lack of use in 2018/19 and now I have more than adequate funds in my account I can’t access my money when I’m out and about… isn’t it ironic that I keep getting mail trying to get me to use a card I don’t have… very frustrating… I need a new card and I need it yesterday… if the reply I get is inadequate I’m off to a new service provider…
