Wirex team why does it take forever for an issue to be resolved?

Each normal manager would fire a team if they dont resolve customer issues in a normal time. So it is fishy that the so called escalation team cant answer a question within 2,5 weeks. I wonder if they really exist could be something the support team made up to get rid of a few complaints.
