Withdrawal issue

Hello!
I would like to warn everybody to stay away from Wirex.
Everywhere on the Internet there are a lot of reviews that people can’t withdraw their funds from Wirex. I didn’t believe but I experience such case on myself.
My account was not blocked. Withdrawal of Wirex Token on Stellar blockchain took 30 days. When I initiated withdrawal of 10k USD in WXT the exchange rate of WXT to USDT was almost 40% higher than on the day I was able to withdraw my funds.
Wirex Support is absolutely useless, by the way.
I used tons of crypto services around the globe and believe me Wirex has the worst support and the biggest delays in providing services.
So keep in mind when you use Wirex that it may be very difficult to get your money back.
For me personally the best and I believe the only decision to close Wirex account forever and to remember Wirex as a nightmare.

@Maryna_Wirex Is this a scam, money is deposited but cannot be withdrawn, I have changed the amounts continuously but cannot withdraw, every day there is an error, I should report it to the police to solve it because of my friend working in court.

@Yuliia_Wirex Why is the deposit successful, but the withdrawal is blocked, they asked me to change another wallet, I changed 5 e-wallets but still blocked, scam.
