X-tras Bonus disappeared after receiving first Reward

Hello, my X-tras verification bonus disappeared when I made my first purchased with the card. I received the “cryptoback” reward for the purchase but the WXT from the X-tras bonus disappeared from my account. Could you please explain me what happened? I want to hold WXT but now Im disappointed that the bonus is gone…

Yes, I created it 7 days ago, but didn’t solve either clarify my problem. Im assuming it’s a bug in the app and x-tras bonus WXT should be returned to my account.

I contacted support as well for the same reason, was told “considering the upcoming changes in our Terms, the unused funds on the WXT account credited due to marketing campaigns were charged”, I don’t know about you but I didn’t receive a notification about any changed prior to the bonus disappearing, Wirex is getting fishier and fishier by the day.

the support is ignoring my questions about what changes they are talking about, has anyone else been notified about incoming changes to the terms, and if, when did you get it?

Same here. There is no official notification about such changes and there isn’t any statement about “removal” of unused WXT in the T&C, which doesn’t make sense at all because it would be useless to be a WXT holder if tokens will be removed by the team… I’m still waiting for a clarification on this matter.

I got your response, by law you CAN NOT implement changes without informing customers well in advance AND your current terms don’t allow you to charge your customers without notifying them beforehand, you are either breaking your own terms of service, or breaking the law, OR BOTH.

sure looks like it, I had been considering depositing bitcoin or litecoin in my account to exhange for WXT so I can reach the point where I can make use of the “welcome bonus”, but if this is how they act, I’m probably going to simply pretend I never even heard of Wirex.

@Alexander_Wirex I’ve created a Request ID #1539468 and it has been closed without any outcome. I definitely start thinking it’s the biggest scam ever that you can even not answer your customers, people that invest money, REAL money in your app and it’s how you treat them. So fishy…
